Alternate Languages

We can print foreign languages when the letters are from the English alphabet.  For non-English alphabet wording, please email InternationalWeddingInvitations@yahoo.com.

 

Vietnamese Language Only

Invitations can be printed in Vietnamese language only. 

 

Vietnamese and English

Providing there is enough room for both languages, the invitation can be printed in both Vietnamese and English. 

 

Some invitation in Vietnamese and the rest in English

You will need to place two separate orders (one with Vietnamese verbiage and another in English).  Your order will be processed and billed separately. 

 

Wordings and Layout

Wordings and layout can be customized with most of our wedding invitations.  You will need to email us your wording with accent marks and a sample layout.

 

Translation

Sorry, we do not offer translation.

 

Printing Limitations

Thiep Cuoi Cali reserves the right to refuse printing of any copy, particularly that which may be considered harassing, profane, or abusive in nature.

Find the invitation you are interested in ordering a sample.  Click on “order a sample” link located on the bottom right of the image.

 

Shipping

Orders are processed and printed within 3-5 business days after we receive your approval to print.  Orders are shipped UPS Ground Service and will take an additional 7-10 days, depending on your location.  Special orders may take an additional 7-14 business days.  Worldwide shipping is available.  Please contact us at Info@ThiepCuoiCali.com for further information.

 

Return Policy

We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered.  Products that are personalized may not be returned.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order.

 

Order Cancellation

If proofs have been provided, there is a $75 cancellation fee.  

If an order has already been printed, you will be charged full price for the entire order. 

 

Ordering Additional Quantities

If you’ve placed an order and need to increase the quantity of that order, please contact us immediately.  We will do our best to catch the order before it is in production.  If your order cannot be stopped before production, we will notify you and provide you with the updated price including service fee, if applicable.  To avoid the extra costs, we encourage you to include an “extra” quantity in your original order quantity.

 

Reorders

To place a reorder of a previously fulfilled order, please contact Info@ThiepCuoiCali.com.

 

International Orders

We do accept international orders.  The process is the same as special order.  Shipping quotes can be provided prior to order completion.
